Anschließend die Gurken und Zwiebeln in Scheiben schneiden und auf den Speck legen. Nun die Rouladen zusammenrollen und mit Garn umwickeln. Die Rouladen in etwas Rapsöl anbraten, bis sie leicht bräunlich sind. Anschließend die Fleischbrühe dazu gießen und alles 1,5 Stunden schmoren lassen. Die Soße ggf. mit etwas Soßenbinder andicken und mit den Rouladen servieren. |
